Singles All Together has weekly Meetings / Programs Thursday evenings 7:00-9:00 PM At COLONIAL CHURCH of EDINA , 6200 Colonial Way , Edina . Take Hwy 62 to Tracy Ave exit (located between Hwy 100 and Hwy 169). Turn North on Tracy one block to Colonial Way and go West to Colonial Church (1block). Note: Beverages / Snacks are served at 7:00 PM . If you are a new member or a visitor, you may choose to join us for a short Orientation AT 7:30 PM . The Orientation Director can answer any questions you may have about S.A.T. at this time. Learn more about the events and activities S.A.T. has planned for single adults. We have over 30 activities/events scheduled each week and several spur of the moment activities that are not listed in the Newsletter. Check at the Registration Table each Thursday for Activities or Events scheduled too late for publication in this monthly Newsletter.

S.A.T. Board Rules require all members and guests to be at least 21 yrs of age. All S.A.T. functions are non-discriminatory regarding age, race, gender and religious preference.
Check out our S.A.T. website at: singlesalltogether.org where our events and activities are posted regularly. We have a members directory with names and e-mail addresses, web pages and some photos. Note: S.A.T. has aprox. 500 members, - yet, not all members are listed on the website currently.
Annual S.A.T. Membership dues are $50.00. This allows you to attend all of the Thursday evening meetings and any/all of the Special Interest Group activities/events you choose to attend throughout the year. You will also receive a S.A.T. Monthly Newsletter mailed to you, listing events and activities for each month. S.A.T. Renewal fees are just $45.00 annually. Non-Member Admission fees are $5.00 on Thursday evenings. If you should decide to join the same evening you visit, $5.00 will be INVEST deducted off of the annual Member dues of $50.00. IN YOUR FUTURE WITH A S.A.T. MEMBERSHIP!

July 17, 7:00-9:00 - “THE DEPRESSION YEARS” By Excelsior Author & Historian, Bob Williams. Bob is a product of ‘The great Depression' who grew up in the 1920's and 1930's. Bob is a world War II veteran of the U.S. AIR FORCE, and a graduate of U of M School of Journalism. A former newspaper editor, he is the Author of four Historical Novels and leads historical walking tours for the Excelsior Chamber of Commerce -And also at Mackinac Island , Michigan . A past President of the Excelsior Chamber of Commerce, and the Tour Minnesota Association, Bob recently retired as Public Relations Director at The Old Log Theater. If you are a new member or guest, join us for a short Orientation at 7:30 p.m. in the corner of the meeting hall. Get the lowdown on SAT and the Special Interest Group (SIGs). The Orientation leader will answer whatever questions you might have about SAT.
Nonmembers pay a $5 guest fee each Thursday , which will be deducted from the annual membership fee if you join SAT on the same night. Nonmembers may visit a total of two SIG functions before joining SAT .
Special Interest Group (SIGs) are an integral part of SAT. SIGs provide a large variety of activities— We've got something for everyone! SIG activities give SAT members numerous opportunities to have fun, make new friends, and explore new activities in a comfortable, friendly setting
To start a new SIG, contact SIG co-chair about the new SIG activity:
You fill out an application—the SIG co-chair approves & gets Board approval. You sign a SIG charter and write up newsletter articles describing your events. You give monthly reports to SIG co-chair.
Benefits of Being a SIG Leader: develop your leadership skills---a great way to meet new people at SAT—have satisfaction of helping
SAT grow. Participation in SAT activities is voluntary. All SAT members, guests, and visiting nonmembers assume all risk of injury Or loss resulting from participation. Board rules require all SAT members and guests to be 21 years of age or older. All SAT and SIG activities are nondiscriminatory regarding sex, race, age, or religious preference.
Check out the member services table at Thursday meetings. Various services are available: seasonal sales of Happenings Books and DMC cards; a suggestions box; networking file of business cards and member resumes, as well as other "freebies" and handouts. Look for DMC cards to arrive in early May.
